Information used for your account
ValTrak collects and stores information needed to provide the service, including your email, profile details, inventory, insurance details, maintenance records and messages you send through Contact us. A working account cannot be provided without handling this information.
Connected services
Payments are handled by Paddle. If you connect Google Drive, item photos are saved to that Google Drive account. If you request an AI policy review, the submitted document and relevant inventory details are processed through Lovable AI Gateway. These services have their own privacy terms.
